Appointment Booking
Initiate the process by scheduling an appointment at our Nurse-Led Health Clinic. You can easily book your preferred time and date through our user-friendly online platform or by contacting our dedicated customer service.
Sample Collection
On the appointed day, our trained medical professionals will take your blood sample. This usually takes no more than ten minutes. Rest assured, our professionals adhere to strict hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and efficient sample collection process.
- Welcome and Registration: Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through the registration process. Please bring any relevant documents or forms provided by your healthcare provider.
- Preparation: Our trained medical professionals will explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have. You'll be comfortably seated in a designated area, ensuring a relaxed environment.
- Sterile Site Preparation: The trained medical professionals will clean the site where the blood will be drawn, usually the inside of the elbow, with an antiseptic to prevent infections.
- Needle Insertion: A sterile needle will be gently inserted into a vein, and the blood will be collected into specialized tubes for various tests.
- Sample Processing: Collected blood samples are carefully labeled and sent to our partner laboratory for analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Results Notification
Within 24 hours of the laboratory receiving your samples, your comprehensive test results will be processed and made available. You will receive your results, with your personalised report, the next day.

We will send you a home-testing kit via Royal Mail 1st Class post. You will receive everything you need in the kit to carry out at home including simple step-by-step instructions.
Give your sample
Our home-testing kits use a simple finger-prick blood sample you can take yourself in the comfort of your own home. Simply read the instructions and watch the video to learn how to give your sample and how to return your sample to our laboratory.
Results Notification

What does the kit contain?

Which test should I choose?
You should choose the test that is right for your needs, symptoms, and health concerns. Details of the health biomarkers included in each test can be found on the test pages on our website. If you want an all-round health test, we recommend the Well Woman or Well Man tests which provide the widest range of biomarkers and the best value to check numerous areas of your health.
How does the service work?
We offer a range of test solutions to suit your needs. Some of our tests require a tiny blood sample, and so can be taken at home using a finger-prick lancet and then sent to the laboratory.
Other tests require a larger volume of blood to check for more biomarkers. These need to be obtained via a blood sample taken from your vein by a professional, trained clinician, in our home medical clinic location. The samples are then sent to a laboratory for thorough testing.
If your sample has to be tested at the laboratory, we will provide a pre-paid return address envelope so you can post your sample to our partnered laboratory on the same day the test is completed. Your results will be emailed to you within 24 hours of sample received at their site.
When will my order arrive?
We will send you your testing kit by Royal Mail Tracked 24
If we receive your order prior to 12pm we will despatch your testing kit on the same working day (or the next working day if ordered on a weekend or public holiday)
If we receive your order after 12pm we will still endeavour to despatch your testing kit on the same working day, but if unable to we will despatch your testing kit on the next working day.
How accurate are your tests?
Our tests are medically-approved and are as accurate as tests you would take in a healthcare facility. Our tests are analysed in our partner laboratory which is UKAS accredited and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber will carefully review your questionnaire. They’ll analyze your symptoms, medical history, and any other relevant factors. This step ensures that we tailor our recommendations to your unique situation.
Quick Consultation Over the Phone
When you submit your assessment before 4:00 PM, rest assured that our dedicated team will reach out to you within 2 to 4 hours. During this consultation that would not last more than 15 min, they’ll discuss your symptoms, ask any necessary follow-up questions, and provide personalized advice. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
Approve your prescribed medication
After the phone consultation with Medical Professional the Pharmacy Affiliate will contact you directly to process the prescription including confirmation of your details and taking payment from you for the medications prescribed and arranging delivery where applicable.
Receive Your Medication
If you approve your medication order before 3:00PM, you’ll receive your prescribed medication via next-day delivery. We understand the importance of timely access to treatment, and our efficient process ensures you get the necessary medication promptly.

Payment for Service Tier
After completing the questionnaire, proceed to the payment section. Choose the appropriate service tier (standard or express) and make the payment securely through the provided payment gateway.
Medical Professional Review
Once your payment is confirmed, a qualified medical professional (Independent Nurse Prescriber) will review your case. They will carefully assess the information you provided in the questionnaire. If additional details are required, the practitioner may contact you via phone or email to gather more information. The review ensures that the certificate accurately reflects your health status and any necessary recommendations.
Receive your Medical Certificate
Upon completion of the review process, you will receive your medical certificate. The certificate will be sent directly to your designated email address. Ensure that all details on the certificate are correct, including your name, date of birth, and diagnosis (if applicable). If any discrepancies are found, promptly inform the clinic for corrections.
